Do we guarantee our products?
Of course yes, remember that the most important thing is that you feel happy and satisfied with your purchase. Each case is reviewed by a member of the Crazyarte team before your order leaves. While we do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes the unexpected can happen.
These are the general guidelines of Crazyarte, only applicable to products purchased directly by you on our website.
Step 1: If you discover a fault with the items you have received, please take pictures of the fault.
Step 2: Contact us immediately at contacto@crazyarte.com or WhatsApp +584141989062 explaining the problem and attaching photos that prove the reason for the return.
We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Remember this you must do it before 5 days after your delivery. All returns must adhere to these guidelines. The return of the money will be subject to a prior confirmation of the defects of the product. Please note that the return of any product will be the entire responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs.
The products that Crazyarte receives, with any of the following conditions, could be rejected:
- Products that do not state the reason for the return.
- Products that are returned without the original packaging.
*The refund of the money will be made in the original form of payment.
*Items purchased outside of Venezuelan territory are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.
